The training was really good and very detailed, the lady who trained us is really sweet and very straight forward. However, once you're done with training they put you in a room that is very dusty and not clean and to make matters worse the computers are constantly freezing which can hinder you from getting payments and reaching your goal. Management should be role models! They're always eating full blown meals and drinking juice/soda at their desks but we can't smh just like we shouldn't eat in the call center they shouldn't be allowed to eat or drink in the call center either. It's a ghetto environment lots of young people who are immature and cursing, flirting, and just unprofessional. It doesn't feel like a professional atmosphere, it's inconvenient for people who work at night because the cafe closes at 3 and there's no fridge or microwave at 68 south service rd but they're supposed to be moving to the main building soon and they have a fridge in that building. Some of the supervisors seem stuck up and should humble themselves but there are some that are more laid back. Management isn't attentive at all when explaining issues to them. QA people are cool and very professional.
