Good pay mostly, horrible management
Table Games Dealer (Former Employee) – Columbus, MN – December 18, 2017
The job itself is good, however, the management or lack there of, is horrendous. It is more like a high school. If you are in good with the so called managers, meaning you drink and smoke (party) with them, then you are in the club so to speak. You then get treated much differently than the rest of the employees. Including getting rated higher than the other dealers. Yes they use an extremely biased "rating" system to allow only certain dealers to deal to higher limit games, where the better tippers are. Management is very rude and unprofessional with many conflicts of interest going on. Managers that are dating and live together, are working on the same shift.
Too much favoritism by so called managers who were terrible at dealing and flooring, and somehow sucked their way into higher management.
The laughing stock of Casinos in the region. The lowest of the low.
Can be good income. Lots of fun coworkers.
Horrible management, Run by those who DO NOT know how to run a business.
