No advancement opportunities, terrible management
Admin (Former Employee) –  WisconsinOctober 28, 2014
This company provides decent health benefits, but bonuses have been taken away. The management staff has a hard time delegating work and the staff meetings are pointless. No one is really working half the time because business is bad, so there's a lot of gossip and drama throughout the staff. Many people are consistently looking to get out. When there is work to do, no one knows how to work as a team. The work is left to the hard working people while others fly under the radar and do nothing.
Pros
free coffee
Cons
bad management, no opportunity for advancement
