The interview process stinks!! They don't reply to you... I think they interview just so they don't get sued for discrimination
Easy. They basically use Wikipedia for generic questions! The answers are always "customer service is the most important"!
5 minute Q and A then a drug test
Was given an interview, was told I would hear from them in a couple of days, human resources gave me they're card to contact them, called them a week later with no response

Thats is odd as well.. I have sat in on some interviews. People with experience in a certain field like automotive the manager decides to put them in hardware. They ask the general questions.
