Need to work for an organized company.

I enjoyed working for the company until I was transferred to Vincennes. The scheduling, training, hiring and customer service was disorganized. My frustration got to be too much and I decided to leave the company. I was becoming a person that I did not recognize and didn't like it. They have replaced the manager and I hope that helps them to become a better organization.
Pros
monthly bonuses for meeting gross profits.
Cons
Bad scheduling, not keeping asistants informed of changes.

They over worked the associates, didnt have good management. I was always having to deal with upset customers because of poor management. If they had people trained better, it would of been a better work place.

i enjoyed my job i said i hated it few times but i loved my job yes it can be hard to do sometimes but what job is not hard. most of the people i worked i love a lot they will always be in my heart but will not go back in there to buy anything again
