Many people i've talked with as well as myself have found that there is a lack of training for new hires. They mostly drop you at a desk and let you try to figure things out for yourself. I was one of the lucky ones that learned to swim rather than sink. They are aware of the problem, but that is as far as the issue has gone. There is also a lack of communication about when visitors will arrive or who they are or where they are from. I found a dew time that people that i worked with from out of state (over internet instant message) had arrived days before and were about to leave. If i hadn't noticed them waling through the hallways i would never have met them and gotten insight into work related matters.
Overall a great place to work. Everyone is well friendly and helpful (when you ask for it). Otherwise people stay in their own cubicle areas and keep to themselves.
