Good company, but needs more organized training and technological upgrades
Sales Application Engineer (Former Employee) – Kansas City, MO – July 14, 2012
It was a good company to work for that was profitable. Everybody was friendly and would help you out in any way they could. However, there is no formal training programs, everybody had different computers and technology (most people were still using Office 2003), and the offices and manufacturing plants were very distant. The lack of communication between the office in Kansas City and the plants (all over the world) was so bad, it almost seemed like we were two separate companies. The job security was very good because there is work and Ruskin in understaffed. Very low turn-over rate.
great people, job security
old technology, no formal training, lack of communication
