Executive support services – Outlook calendar management, meeting planning and support, complex travel arrangements, itineraries and expense reports, telephone screening and routing, conference calls, coordination with executives both internal and external, and relationship management at all levels, creation and preparation of presentations and documents.
Meeting Planning – complex meeting coordination and agendas, minutes, catering, conference rooms, and locations both inside company and outside venues.
Project Management – managed timelines, team management, cross collaboration and outreach, strategic planning and support services, minutes and agendas, exercising sound judgment, anticipation of needs, diplomacy, answer questions, route inquiries as appropriate, process improvements and solutions.
Compliance, Procedures and Guidelines – document review, creation and retention in adherence to company guidelines.
Project Leadership – implementation and communication of objectives and goals, define timelines and duties, contact with stakeholders and executives, monitor and report on project progress, high level reporting, finalize outcome.
Liaison – professionally represent executives, team’s business communications, manage timelines and deadlines, create and present presentations, run meetings, confidential information and planning meetings, key stakeholders for projects, all levels of business, US and Non US departments.
Confidentiality – interviewing of personnel, maintenance of confidential documents, correspondence, and information, employee concerns, business planning and strategies, financial information.
Industry research, reporting, documentation, tracking and analysis, review of data for accuracy.
Prepared high level presentations, exhibits and documents, Requests for Proposals (RFP’s).
General office duties include – telephone and calendar management, office supply ordering, copying, faxing, and filing.
