The company has undergone numerous ownership, structure and managerial changes in the years I was employed by Russell. Relocation created additional commute stress to the already present stress associated with large scale project work. Overall, the company is competitive in salary and benefits; however, the work-life balance is somewhat strained due to the amount of work increasing, while the tenured workforce decreases. Many associates site the best part of work in any of the groups is the camaraderie and general willingness of team members pitching in to accomplish goals without hesitation.
