Here's what people have asked and answered about working for and interviewing at Rust-Oleum.
Working hours varies depending on management. Currently their on 12hr shifts where you work a couple of days then have a couple of days off, rotating days week to week. Or you will work 8hr days 6 days a week. I've also heard of 8hrs 7 days a week but never had to myself.
The pay scale there is decent especially with the shift differentials but management and machine quality is very poor and will have you unnecessarily working extra hard for it. Also, most maintenance people there will not support you or help.
Good, I had no issues with Rust-Oleum. It is a solid company with excellent products.
