Employees are a little less mature than what I'm used too. The application itself has too many sub-applications that you need to learn in such a short amount of time. Training for new employees was lacking, and had very little structure or clear documentation.
There is room for a person to grow and learn around people who really want to see you succeed and do not mind investing in your future! Anyone who has the privilege to work with the Managing Partner and his team are definitely getting the best service possible!
