Pros: Some people were nice and the clients can be decent. Cell provided Internet service allowance Tech purchase allowance
Cons: Below-market or largely disparate same-department pay. Subpar benefits. No HR. Poor work/life balance. Managers awarded positions based on arbitrary decisions, not skill or personality. Many company-altering decisions were made with little regard for lasting effects on morale, the ability for employees to effectively complete their work, and done with no warning to the employees directly affected.
Advice to Management: Work with employees instead of against them. Recognize the staff that has a desire to pitch in and not just come in to collect a paycheck, and not burn out the good talent that's foolhardy enough to apply.

Fast paced work environment, with plenty of work to challenge yourself with and a forever growing team. I've seen the company grow quiet a bit over my time there, which is great but also presented its own set of challenges as we brought on more customers and personnel.

Employees are a little less mature than what I'm used too. The application itself has too many sub-applications that you need to learn in such a short amount of time. Training for new employees was lacking, and had very little structure or clear documentation.
There is room for a person to grow and learn around people who really want to see you succeed and do not mind investing in your future! Anyone who has the privilege to work with the Managing Partner and his team are definitely getting the best service possible!
