It's a lengthy hiring process. I had my first interview in October. They called me in for a 2nd interview December 20th. Got hired on December 21st. Then I was told I have to go to a hospital orientation on January 9&10, then the position's orientation on the 19th and 20th of January. But before or after I have to get a drug, and background test done plus a physical before starting. Hospital jobs are always done like that. It's extremely long but worth it because then you'll have plenty of time to advance in your career.
Long hiring process
