Their training program is one that forges its field workers in the fire. It borders on dangerous, but certainly cuts out those who aren't cut out for this lifestyle.
There was a lack of organization in the training process. The shop seemed to be somewhat squared away & organized.
Management was very arrogant, but experienced.
Pay was competitive & somewhat structured. Benefits were good. There was no thought given to family life on the part of the management.
There was a high turn over rate.
