With many high level clients, fast effective creativity was the norm. The ability to think quick and creative problem solving were among the daily lifestyles

Ryan Partnership was a fun and exciting place to work. It was a great place to learn the ins and outs of account services and client interaction.

Top Agency, but lacks Senior leadership and growth opportunities
Managing Director (Former Employee), Wilton, CTApril 10, 2012
Pros: not much.....
Cons: to many to mention
A typical day starts early before 9am and usually doesn't end until after 8 or 9 or 10 at night. No sense of work / life balance. Little support or direction creates ambiguity and lack of direction.

Co-workers were great, but not happy working at this agency. Many complaints from both Senior and Junior managers.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, as once they are done with you they pretty much kick you to the curb.
