Productive and Fun workplace, small office with great people
Associate Program Manager (Current Employee) –  Westerville, OHAugust 25, 2014
The hours are generally pretty flexible, depending on your manager. The people here are great to work with. I've learned a lot as we have some pretty great clients. However, there is not a lot of room for advancement as our office is very small.

With many high level clients, fast effective creativity was the norm. The ability to think quick and creative problem solving were among the daily lifestyles

Top Agency, but lacks Senior leadership and growth opportunities
Managing Director (Former Employee) –  Wilton, CTApril 10, 2012
A typical day starts early before 9am and usually doesn't end until after 8 or 9 or 10 at night. No sense of work / life balance. Little support or direction creates ambiguity and lack of direction.

Co-workers were great, but not happy working at this agency. Many complaints from both Senior and Junior managers.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, as once they are done with you they pretty much kick you to the curb.
Pros
not much.....
Cons
to many to mention
