I recently worked for this company. In the short period of time I was employed by Rybovich the company has had 4 different President/CEO's. Work force went from over 300 to less than 130 in a 2 year period. There is very little stability/security offered and as such employee moral is at an all time low. There are nearly as many managers as employees and there is a constant power struggle between management/departments.
The facilities are beautiful, the newest and most up to date equipment. Money is continuously spent on the facilities. Great employee training programs as well. Many skilled and professional employees (those whose positions were not eliminated due to sub contractor replacement). This company pays very well and offers a decent benefits package. Most current employees are looking for an option out of Rybovich but unfortunately cannot afford to because its hard to match their payscales.
Overall I worked hard to obtain a position at Rybovich. I was extremely proud to be a team member there and worked with a lot of amazing people and developed some great friendships. Looking back if I were to have the option of going to work for Rybovich or going somewhere else........
I would choose differently.
