Productive
Picker/Packer (Current Employee), Hebron, KY – April 22, 2013
Pros: our department has it's own, better schedule.
Cons: i'm not hired full time yet so i don't get any benefits.
My work can be very laid back one day and very busy the next.
No matter what, we get our work done though.
I have very friendly and cooperative co-workers.
The hardest part of my job would be the daily deadlines we have to make with building some of our products.
The most enjoyable part of the day is finishing our products before their deadlines.

Fast past
PIV Operator (Current Employee), Austin, TX – April 2, 2013
I learned a lot about the transportation world. They taught me how to Monitor all truckloads, to and from the GM, build routes, in-transits, charter freights, border crossing and handles all breakdown issues. Set up expedites, track MGO, track bill Of Lading, traveled to different plants to introduce and explain our LMS system. Handled all issues with – more... carries, made sure everything was running properly or would have to use disciplinary action. – less

productive and fun place with ping pong table
"A" MACHINE OPERATOR (Current Employee), Rochelle, IL – February 4, 2013
Pros: greta safety lunches, people are great to talk too, clean enviroment, new building
Cons: you have to pay a deductable for the insurance before any expenses are paid.
Start up meeting at 6:00am followed by stretching then some followups at the machines about the day before. Then we all get on the rados and start running calling out any problems that are keeping the line from running. Are management team is great they help us every minute they can. All the people that work will help you also when you ask. Everyone – more... has a real great attitude most of the time. We all try are best. The hardest part of the day is when things do not run smooth but they get worked out. The most enjoyable part is when we meet production goals and go over are goals and feel we did a great job. – less

Pros: great pay and benefits
Cons: very unstable management
busy workday caused by lack of foresight by management.
Management only concerned with what time is it and what are we doing after work.

Hardest part of the job - getting important ideas and concerns across to management.
After work was the best time when management buys rounds and rounds of drinks to buy favor – more... amongst lower ranks – less

Waheedi – January 3, 2013

I was a contract employee in their HQ office in Farmington Hills, MI. They use lean six sigma and give you sweatshop hours to get a project done. If you do not complete it in that time you are interrogated and made to feel stupid and bad. What a horrible Information Tech environment.
