Terrible company - no longer exists thank God
Floor Support Supervisor (Former Employee), Kennesaw, GA –
Pros: unlimited overtime.
Cons: everything else about the company.
I don't know where to begin... this place was full of negative people, racism (black management were racist) unorganized, horrible, horrible place. we rode shuttles to and from the main campus which were late more than half the times, or crashed, actually made a woman fall off of the bus! two people died while I was working there who frequently complained – more...  about stress and depression.. ambulances and fire trucks were a daily thing..the list goes on. this place was truly H3LL on earth. – less

would work there only if you are desperate for employment.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), Saraland, AL –
Pros: overtime was offered often
Cons: everything i have mentioned
This job promised alot but delivered none. Insurance was a joke. Commission and incentives were a joke. If you needed a bathroom break it came from your wages if you had to go outside your lunch or break. 15 minute breaks were called 10 minute breaks because by the time you made it to the breakroom it was time to get back on the phones.

Exciting and upbeat environment at all times to work in
Customer Service Agent for Verizon Wireless (Former Employee), Saraland, AL –
Pros: flexible schedules
Cons: long hours
Overall a nice place to work at does offer some room for advancement but not a lot and the company does not really offer the security of long term employment which persons with families are seeking but it is a good place to work for high school aged students as well as college age students. Thank you

Customer Service/Quality Advisor (Former Employee), Kennesaw, GA –
Pros: new company and could move up quickly
Cons: hours worked weren't calculated properly
This company had great ideas, but had been unable to make it happen. I did learn how to work under pressure that you could loose your job at anytime. My co workers were fun. The hardest part of the job was meeting expectations because they changed targets daily if not hourly.

Fun workplace
Customer Service Consultant (Former Employee), Kennesaw, GA –
Pros: on friday we could "dress down" jeans, tennis shoes, etc.
Cons: when hired was told would get plenty overtime, only got it one day.
i learned how to work in a call center and take inbound calls, management was good always there to help. My co-workers were great people. There was nothing hard about the job. most enjoyable part of the job was taking care of the customers and help them.

Don't work here unless you are in DESPARATE NEED!!!
CSR (Former Employee), Norfolk –
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
This has to be one of the most stressful, non progressive jobs I've ever had and if it wasn't for the fact that I'm a single mother I would have quit instead of putting up with the constant unhapiness of this company. First of all you are NOT fully trained for the job you are supposed to do. The company pulled me in as a wireless rep but then quickly – more...  changed without giving reason to their employees. We had only 3 weeks of training then thrown out to the wolves the supervisors we had could not answer a singel question that we had and the computers were either extremely slow or systems never worked but you were given a time frame of how long to be on a call. You were forced to work over time without any written consent and if you refused you were fired and your check never reflect the hours of overtime you worked. Personally Fourtune 500 ought to be ashamed that this co represents their name cause they are the most underhanded, sneaky, ungrateful co that doesn't care about their employees. Sad part about it is that they won't fix anything about what's wrong! – less
