Office Assistant, Citrus Heights, CA - March 25, 2014
A typical day at work would vary depending on what day it is. I have a schedule I created, and followed. I filed all project assistant's paper work in a very orderly organized fashion. I assisted anyone in the office who needed help. I assisted the director of first impressions on all front desk duties such as, outgoing and incoming mail, answering and directing all incoming phone calls in an extremely professional manner, signing for overnight mail, creating overnight mail, handling anyone who walks in the building, signing employees in and out, and sitting at the front desk for hours out of the day. I would sit at front desk all day if need be. The front desk would include an extreme amount of multitasking. My co-workers were great to get along with. We all work together to keep the company going forward. I face challenges throughout the day, however when I face a challenge, I don't ask someone to do it for me. It is up to me to resolve them with any resources I can. the most enjoyable part of working for Deacon would be that it keeps me motivated, as well as working with an extreme amount of multitasking would keep me sharp, and on my toes.
