My previous employer was a joy to work for as most days presented me with different challlenges and experiences. After being there for 22 years, I learned more about management, our Headquarters part of work, and was able to grow with many different duties expected of me. My environment was a small office, usually easy going but at times some challenging co-workers.
I would have to say the most difficult part of the job was keeping up with the archived paperwork as the months past so fast, but this would so soon be forgotten when you have the appreciaton from customers for the help and answers they were seeking. Some even sending letters to our Heaquarters with words of praise.
