Harney Road Location Tampa FL
packer (Former Employee), Tampa FLMarch 15, 2014
Pros: clocking out
Cons: clocking in
I would not recommend working here. They are the worse, management makes the work place uneasy therefore the turnover rate is high. There is not any socializing with other coworkers. They do not want you to eat or drink anything in their humid warehouse. They also harass their employees about production numbers, especially new employees, whom they don't – more... properly train. Causing them to quit or be fired. Also, there is not a chance for advancement. They will not hire you on fulltime, no matter how efficient you are. Pay is mediocre. A lot of temps very few get on with the company. Micromanaged is an understatement. Management entertains their employees in a sexual reference. Need I say more???? – less

Pros: free lunch
Cons: short breaks
Fun times everyday at work. Learned how to use a PA gun. Manager was very funny. Co-workers were smart workers. Hardest part of the job was dealing with the cold weather. Most enjoyable part was working with the older guys.

Productive Company,
Warehouse Inventory Worker (Current Employee), Nashua, NHFebruary 16, 2014
A typical day at SP Richards consist of loading and unloading trucks, receiving and staging of company products, inventory counting, and customer service. While working on the day shift for SP Richards I have learned many different things such as customer service, problem solving, organizational skills, and computer systems. The management at SP Richards – more... is knowledgeable about whats going on with the company but upper management is disconnected from their hourly employees. The most enjoyable part about working for SP Richards is the feeling of accomplishment, the employees get to see what they have accomplished everyday day. – less

Pros: no pros
Cons: no room for advancement
I start off pulling bulk orders on a stand up forklift, order filler, and furniture clamp. Then stock and replenish inventory as needed for the following day.Ending my shift by pulling other orders off the conveyor belt, staging ,shrink wrapping, and loading trucks with pallet jacks or electric powered jacks .I get along with everyone that i work with – more... including my superiors. I do not find anything hard about this job.The most enjoyable part about this job is that i get to continuously challenge my skill and knowledge by learning in other departments. – less

The job itself is fun. I like the attention to detail and I like the fast pace. I learned be more attentive to the task at hand, to decrease mistakes and to improve my skill working with a team because I`m used to working alone.
