For social service practitioner position, stay away from CFS Rancho Cucamonga office. They don't practice what they preach. Most management staff, supervisors and workers are very judgmental, petty and just don't care. Unless you're in the "in crowd" or fit their mold, you'll suffer no matter how skilled you are. Think of it as being in high school or if you have seen the movie, The Mean Girls. There are more caring, down to earth, empathetic, laid back, or real people in Fontana. Fontana office does not get along with Rancho although it's one region. Rancho SSPs think they are better than Fontana.

Case loads are high and you cannot get the job done without doing overtime. Certain supervisors don't back you when you are being targeted by consumers even though they direct you to do what you do. The job is stressful and you spend most of your life dealing with the job. There is a lot of unpredictability and you may not go home until the next day at times. The benefits are good.
