typical day at work is Check email and on going tickets.
answer email from users as well as answer phone calls for any request from users.
talk to vendors for ongoing purchases and asking updates from techs on their tickets.
assign ticket accordingly to various tech and create and troubleshoot desktops, email connections , printer issues.
the most enjoyable part of my job is helping users that appreciate your help, as well as figure out the issue without and solving it.
