Customer Service/ Administration for Gaming Company (Norcross)
A rapidly growing Gaming Company is looking for honest, reliable and hardworking people who understand gaming, to join our friendly, rapidly growing team in Norcross. Open positions in the Customer Service department are ready to be filled immediately: Customer Service Associate and Customer Service Manager!
We are looking for polite, friendly, outgoing, and patient people who understands Xbox and PS gaming. Day to day duties will include:
-Answering the phone/ customer support, responding to emails, manage sales inquiries.
-Filing, opening returned packages and other various office tasks.
-Previous customer support experience and a professional telephone manner are essential. -Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
Candidates interested in a management position must have a minimum of 2 years call center experience.
Knowledge of the Console Gaming industry (Xbox/ PS) and games such as Call Of Duty, Battlefield, Halo, Gears of War is required!
