Facilities Manager needed to oversee maintenance of multiple sites. Must have at least 5 years prior experience in Facility/Property Maintenance. HS Diploma is required, Associates degree/certifications in related field is highly desirable. Previous experience in an institutional/non-profit/school environment is helpful, but not required.
Must have proven skills in electrical, basic hvac, plumbing, carpentry, preventative maintenance.
Must be self-motivated and be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks on a minute-by-minute basis.
Must be able to safely work at varying heights throughout the facility utilizing ladders and scaffolds.
Must have valid Driver License and clean MVR. This person will be required to drive a van to the various facilities. Must have computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, email, internet operation in order to manage work orders, and schedules, etc.
This person will supervise another staff member and work with contractors and vendors to ensure that all work is completed timely and with ultimate customer satisfaction.
