Fast-growing national company is seeking a full-Time Regional Account Manager for our Solon, Ohio office. We are a leading manufacturer and distributor of securing and hardware products for Property Preservation Contractors, Real Estate Agents and Property Managers. Five years young and ranked on the Inc. 500 list for the second year in a row, our business is growing and already considered an industry leader. We are seeking an experienced sales professional who is searching for a fast-paced, high energy, aggressive organization with tremendous opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Sales , this person will be responsible for developing new and growing existing business opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • New business development
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
  • Create avenues for growth in a given geographical region
  • Grow existing customers sales

Requirements:

  • Sales experience 1-3 years
  • sales experience in B to B companies
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proven business development capability
  • Strong Computer Skills

Personal Characteristics and Education:

  • High energy, self-directed with the ability to be a team player
  • Passion for the customer
  • Creative and innovative sales thinker
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
