Top, Private, International device company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the company Director of Sales – North and South America. Working with this VERY busy company executive, the Executive Assistant will be charged with all responsibilities associated with helping this successful, individual to maximize his time and efficiency.

Working closely with the company Director of Sales – North and South America, your responsibilities will include -
Calendar Management, Meeting Coordination, Scheduling, Organizing, Events etc.
Cold calls to targeted accounts and businesses
Coordinate and manage RMA program – loaners, repairs and additional requests
Communication Management, Writing and Management of, Letters, Memos, Emails etc.
Organize and Manage Trade shows and regional meetings
Handle and respond to inquiries and requests
Maintain Databases and programs
General office duties
Administrative Assistant Degree required
Knowledge and experience of relevent software applications – spreadsheets, word processing and data base management.
Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
World class customer service skills
Detail oriented and the ability to follow through on deadline oriented projects
High level of energy and the ability to thrive in a multitasking environment
Pro-active approach to time management and work flow processes
High efficiency in using computers and technology to maximize communication, work flow and time management. ( Word, Excel, Email programs, Mobile Devices etc.)
The ability to be available on occasion outside of traditional business hours
Flexibility to travel both domestically and international
Experience with medical devices preferred
