A century-old publishing venture seeks a detail-oriented, patient individual with keyboard and communication skills. Substantial familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel a plus but not required. This position involves researching, entering and updating information in a social directory and some contact with the public by telephone and email; also providing backup in order processing, and—depending on the candidate’s interests and writing skills—possibly assisting with the production of a magazine targeted at those listed in the directory.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to re-enter the workforce with an interest in genealogy.
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
