The ideal candidate will possess an associate's degree in business or a related field with at least two years of office experience. Quickbooks experience is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
The duties of the job will include, but are not limited to: basic account reconciliation for owner's accounts, maintaining all accounts payable and receivable for the owner's accounts, booking flights, maintaining e-mail, and anything else the owner needs. In addition to the administrative duties, the candidate will manage all railcar-related items. This includes inbounding and outbounding cars, billing activity in Quickbooks, maintaining an accurate sequencing of the yard, working with the train crew to ensure accurate and timely processing of all customer requests, railcar-related research, and any other tasks as assigned.
