The Pointe at Wimbledon, a 280 unit community, is in the heart of beautiful Greenville,NC. This Manager will have direct supervisory responsibility for a team of office & service associates and will report directly to the Director of Apartment Operations.

Our Apartment Managers are responsible for achieving the highest revenues for the owner, marketing efforts and routine property operations, some of which include:

  • Utilizing SPI’s Operating Policies & Procedures and MRI PM system
  • Oversee leasing process to qualified individuals - never compromising profile - utilizing approved rate, incentive and renewal guidelines. Minimize resident turnover
  • Ensure vacant units are market-ready and available to show in the best possible condition
  • Inspect grounds daily, including pools, laundry centers, common areas, and playgrounds to ensure they are maintained in excellent condition
  • Process all leasing documents, accounting information and operational reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Aid in the development of and monitor annual property operating budgets
  • Train, supervise and delegate responsibilities to the on-site staff
  • Thorough and routine communication with the Director of Apt. Operations


Proven hands on experience in residential apartment management including supervision
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work in tandem with Dir. Of Apt. Operations to achieve property goals
Above average written & verbal communication skills
Ability to train, supervise and motivate personnel
CAM or ARM preferred
MRI or comparable property management software experience
Understanding and compliance of OSHA, Worker’s Comp and standard safety requirements essential
Must have valid drivers license and vehicle insurance that must be maintained
