Cons: if they give u 40 hrs?
I was hired for 40 hrs per week, no more no less, anything over 40 had to be approved. Then they changed policy, that u only got paid when we call you. my hours dropped to 1 to 2 hours per week. unemployement told me i couldn't quit, because i wouldn't be able to collect!
I lost everything because they hired me for full time m-f 8-5.
