Pros: paid extremely well
Cons: no work to do
This involved 13 hospitals. 12 in CA and one in TX. Almost all of them had been purchased and were working independantly for many years. None of them had an interest in giving up their own products and management styles in favor of one central system. Cooperation from far-flung hospitals was virtually non-existant.
I did not work on one report during my time there. Went to a lot of meetings that were clinical in nature.
