Saber Healthcare Group was created in 2001 with the acquisition of two skilled nursing facilities in the Cleveland area, Rudwick Manor and Hillandale Manor. Since that time we have gone on to acquire 27 additional facilities throughout the Ohio region and we continue to grow.
When we created this partnership and set out to establish this business, – more... our vision was for more than growth strategies, new acquisitions, and bottom lines. Ours was also a vision of care, providing quality care to the people of our community.
The skilled nursing facilities we have acquired have been troubled with inferior reputations for care and poor ,scal performance. We are very proud of the improvements we have made to each facility starting with staff recruitment and training, increasing staff wages, improving care protocols, physical renovations and improvements, and building pride in every aspect of service. "Healthcare on the cutting edge" means we seek out the latest innovations in medicine and specialized patient care.
As company leaders we are building Saber Healthcare on the premise that we will be a part of the day to day operations of our facilities. We will provide hands-on management and work to positively impact the communities we serve.
We have personally been a part of the healthcare industry for a combined more than 40 years. It is our hope that through our leadership and vision Saber Healthcare Group can continue to grow in Northeast Ohio and beyond. But most of all, it is our hope that the individuals and families that come through the doors of our facilities will receive thoughtful, quality care today and tomorrow. William Weisberg has spent a lifetime in the healthcare industry. From the age of five, he has been following in his father's footsteps and learning every aspect of the nursing home industry. His first paying job came at the age of nine working as a maintenance assistant for a 150 bed inner-city facility. He went on to serve in key roles within his father's nursing home business throughout high-school and college.
Today Weisberg is recognized as a turnaround expert, improving operating ef,ciencies and increasing pro,tability in distressed nursing homes and multilevel long term care facilities.
His broad career path and hands-on experience at every level of the business, have led to Weisberg becoming the co-owner of Saber Healthcare Group, LLC, a regional long term care company that specializes in turning around under-performing SNF facilities. – less – More from ZoomInfo »
