Cons: hr, management, systems, work/life balance, culture
This place has the worst management. They keep making the wrong choices and they blame the people that were not involved in the decision making. The systems don't work 2 days out of the week. Every employee wants out and is unhappy. The hardest part is the way HR and management acts toward the employees.

Cons: if you are looking for longevity go less ware..
Sabritec, Irvine lost the controls or tools in their toolbox (things to do the job right and be successful) when Hypertronics (sister company) under the Smith Aerospace umbrella decided we should unite forces but this actually meant Hypertronics became the gate keeper, absorbing sucessful processes and then layoffing large amounts of employees.. Many – more... long term successful employess accross the board resigned and move to be very successful within a competitors company.
