A great company to work 4 cept that they were expanding rapidly and call center manager tended to play favorites. The claims manager was very supportive in her job with her staff. The claims director was great when he would communicate w you. The executives were very friendly and supportive of their team.
Only drawback was the HR manager I believe played favorites and does not do her job as to hiring and firing practices. In other words she uses the hiring of friends as a good stand by for employee retention.
