Monthly meetings were fun and energizing. The encouragers are kind and approachable. I looked forward to coming to work each day. The hardest part is to hear a persons problem, but the rewarding part is to help them through their issue.

Great company that cares about their clients. They may not have the best management team but they definitely care about their clients. The owner paid out of picket for a year to care for one of her clients who had 24 hours care. This is roughly equal to about $150,000.00
I really enjoyed my job being out and about. Meeting the public and working with volunteers was a blessing. The only draw back was the new manager who had no people skills and was very controlling and a micromanager.
