Right now, we’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to manage the daily operations of a dedicated sales team through driving productivity and quality of their sales force throughout the Midwest.
This position is regionally based and the potential candidate should live within the region which includes Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri or Wisconsin.

The Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in helping us to achieve our goals by focusing on the following responsibilities:
Oversees sales performance of Area Sales Managers (ASM) in an assigned region.
Mentors, leads assigned ASM’s to develop and improve sales techniques and selling skills.
Builds effective working relationships with market management and partners with markets to develop and implement plans to achieve market goals and objectives.
Analyzes markets to determine strengths, weaknesses, and potential opportunities.
Develops and manages program account relationships within assigned territories.
Works closely with corporate departments to ensure billing issues are handled appropriately.
Manages expenditures and monitors ASM expenses to ensure funds are spent to further sales.
Prepares, reviews, and distributes a variety of sales related reports.
Maintains updated industry knowledge and sales techniques.
Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field
Minimum of 4 years direct relevant experience with a proven track record in commercial, wholesale, and insurance sales
Skilled in advanced sales processes, techniques, and strategies
Experienced in leading, coaching, and training a motivated and results driven team
Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ACT!
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Ability to travel up to 70%
