Administrative Support (Former Employee), Shreveport, LA – May 16, 2013
Great job for someone who can handle a call center. This is something that takes a lot on concentration and knowing what to look for. The hardest part of this job what to understand which office to send the work orders to.

Pros: lots of training
Cons: management at dolomite office was terrible
Safety Kleen is a good company to work for. While working their I received my class B cdl. I also received lots of training in Hazmat and handling hazardous materials. The company provided me with a trip to Santa Anna California for one week of training and everything has been positive for me since.

Shifts and Time off
Terminal Operator (Current Employee), Houston, TX – February 4, 2013
Hours are really flexible during work hours. Time off from the facility gives you a chance to get personal or business errands accomplished without any hassles. Everyone works well together and gets along with one another.

MicroManaged, Long Hours
Market Sales Specialist (Former Employee), Missouri – January 19, 2013
Pros: benefits
Cons: long hours, too much computer work
A typical day begins before 7:00 and ends at 5:00. Salaried position and the overtime is mandatory?? Training is good and takes you to different parts of the country. Learned many things related to EPA, chemicals, etc. Required to do all aspects of customer service. Every minute of your day is accounted for in CRM. Management ranks the sales guys by – more... how much data they put in CRM. Hardest part of the job was trying to input data, quotes, profiles from a small transit van. Working 60 hours a week wasnt enough time to make the data look good and conduct appointments The best sales guys arent always computer savvy and they suffer or leave. Cant say I enjoyed much except for the food during training. Benefits were good. – less

rough environment, low class associates and management. Very unprofessional.
Market Sales Specialist (Former Employee), Sylmar, CA – January 8, 2013
Pros: car allowance, ok salary. very compliant to epa regulations.
Cons: computer systems and ordering programs very archiac and antequated.
I would get there early (before 7 am) to order services and complete estimates for customers. Office assistance were not very helpful in learning very complicated/old system. Branch Manager was only at office part-time. Expensive services (compared to competition and industry averages) A lot of busy work to justify middle management. Poor training system.
