Safety-Kleen has so many VP's and Directors that they do not have a clue as to what direction they are going. Not to mention, the lack of communication is appalling. Every period, the Inside Sales Reps were told how good we were doing and how much revenue we were bringing into the company, but the numbers were skewed. The hiring of the new CEO was the beginning of the end. They had wonderful benefits and a commission structure that made you want to give a 110% everyday. It was heartbreaking to be laid off when your team members and leads were class acts. I believe SK made a fatal mistake in eliminating the Inside Sales call center. – less
