training and culture was excellent at safety. day at work was always very busy, once a month we had games which helped the employee take their mind off their busy day. management was always fair with duties and continuing training. hardest part of the job was the volume of work.

-using Massachusetts guidelines assess liability and at fault party
-negotiating and settling damage claims
-helping customer with filling out paperwork in order to be compensated for damage vehicle.
