The people you work with are wonderful and caring, but the management is poor. The company will tell you they are doing better than they really are, then lay off several workers. The hardest part of the job is feeling appreciated and motivated. The best part of the job is the people that make you feel wanted and cared for. I learned a lot of business skills from my coworkers after asking questions. Training was very poor for support roles, so you had to go find the answers yourself.
