Lots of Opportunity but need better internal structure
Project Manager (Former Employee) –  New York, NYAugust 14, 2017
I'm going to keep this simple and to the point. What is great about each branch is that each branch is allowed a lot of latitude operationally through the branch manager. The con can be that if the branch manager is not up to the task, the whole branch will suffer. The training program is fairly weak; it is clear that knowledge management and a formal training program is not critical, in the company's eyes, to its success against its competitors.
Pros
Plenty of opportunity for the company to grow and for you to grow
Cons
Poor training program

A Typical day at work is stepping into the office to a round of good mornings before grabbing a hot cup of coffee and heading to your desk to start your daily tasks.
With this company I have learned a plethora of skills that I will continue to use inside and out of this company. The people are warm and friendly that are always willing to lend a hand.

This company needs to be more organized and care more about their employees. They let go of some very good employees. Theres a lot of clicks there and if you don't fit in then you must go.

12 hour work days, 7 days a week, rotating shift

Learned to erect and dismantle scaffolds in a safe manner.

Management was motivated and safety awareness was number one.

Great working environment with great people.

Hardest part was being away from home and loved ones.

Traveling and doing new things at a remote location was the best part of the job.

Scaffold Builder (Former Employee) –  Madison, INFebruary 10, 2017
Building scaffold isn't easy. It takes nerves of steel strength of steel mind of steel. Being 150 feet off the ground passing 80 lb steelvparts over your head for the next guy isn't for the faint of heart.
