On August 31, 2007, the Company acquired two radio stations (WKRT-AM and WIII-FM licensed to Cortland, New York, and an FM translator station that rebroadcasts WIII) serving the Ithaca, New York market. On January 2, 2007, the Company acquired one FM radio station (WCNR-FM) serving the Charlottesville, Virginia market.
