workday included review of agents timesheets, correctives, review vendor invoices and submitted for payments. I also ran schedule forecast to meet call volume demand. I had good managers and learned a lot from them.I think the hardest part of the job was doing some of the analyizing and the data that went into a forecast and the most enjoyable part was helping our customers.
