The environment was not a pleasant one. It was a sterile environment that had just experienced major layoffs and downsizing so employees kept to themselves and were not friendly.

fun but sometimes stressfull

workday included review of agents timesheets, correctives, review vendor invoices and submitted for payments. I also ran schedule forecast to meet call volume demand. I had good managers and learned a lot from them.I think the hardest part of the job was doing some of the analyizing and the data that went into a forecast and the most enjoyable part was helping our customers.

Had some free lunches when we had bad weather

Insurance was not all great

The managers I dealt with were great, but ham-strung to a point. Venture capitalists were intervening after a stroke afflicted the founder. Great Accounts Receivables and products for the masses.

Sage Telecom is a good place to work with great people. This small CLEC has evolved throughout the years and has increased its product offerings to keep up with industry standards.

Sage was a great way to get telephone service at a bargin price.

Ideal job for a Robot

The job was fun but the thought of having to meet the quotas regardless of lack of training or anything else did not matter. Now if you met your quota then you were compensated, if you had been there long enough. management was never around when you needed them but was always watching. The co-workers made the job easier.
