A typical day would be to prepare the kitchen for serving the residents. while serving them I would be washing dishes and making sure orders are perfect for the residents to eat. after the serving time is over I would see what is needed to restock the kitchen. then restock the kitchen.
Management is constantly changing, there is no exact structure – more... anymore.
