Open or closing store, inventory, cash count, making sure employees were ready to work and properly dressed, prep kitchen, prep cashiers stations, supervise employees, trouble-shoot daily issues, cover employees for breaks, Bank runs, paperwork, and count down registers. I learned how to manage a crew of 12 employees, inventory, paperwork for store, and the over-all procedures for opening and closing. Co-workers were great to work with and helpful. The hardest part of the job was dealing with rude customers or employees that were caught stealing. the most enjoyable part was working with my crew.
