Pros: close to home
Cons: control freak, long hours, yelling and screaming
The VP finance is a control freak. Not a professional accountant and can be frustrating working for incompetent boss. The VP finance is connected to the CFO, so she does no wrong, she is unapproachable and staff are literally scared and bully you until she gets what she wants.
