I was fired from St Francis because I was holding a pen in my hand. Avery new nurse that had not been there 2 months accused me of threatening a patient, the managent believed her while we was both on camera. I have worked with some very good staff, but at the same time St francis is continuing to making the news from people coming in with guns and other weapons. St francis is a very unsafe place to work. Starting with the head of the hospital. They attempted to scurtinize my name but It didn't work. If you desire excellent treatment and to know that you are in good a hospital Please dont go there.... I'was fired for holding a ink pen that we all use to work with but you have sick children being molested by the people that should be protecting them really.. But again thats is coming from the top the clicks that goes on there while this child was being abused where was the nurses, where was management during what they do nothing to protect this young lady so very said I pray that she will not fell that she has done any thing wrong the only thing that was wrong was that she was admitted to the wrong hospital.. St Francis will continue to good DOWN. IF need help for any family members please dont go there.....Thanks St Francis for hiring me that was the best thing you could have done for me.....Because God is the head of my life and Evil is the had of yours.....Fromer Behavior employee......👌🙏👍😍👼

One interview in the Warren tower, they ask what your work history is like, if they called your previous employer and asked about your attendence, what would they say? Easy enough. Second interview in the hospital at the hiring unit. Explains the job and gages your reaction to see if you seem like you could do the job. Very friendly.
