Primary Areas of Responsibility:
Greet guests and routes all phone calls and messages in a welcoming, efficient, and
Provide technical assistance for various network systems, works closely with the Database
Administrator and Systems Coordinator positions updating files and records.
Coordinate information and enters content for our digital signage system.
Provide backup assistance to Communications in regards the Online Campus Community
website in regards to creating forms and data collection.
Work with other departments in regards to special projects on an as needed basis.
Manages daily and administrative tasks of the Stratagy phone system as required.
Work with the Communication’s Department, updates the school intranet to ensure timely,
effective and complete information collection, organization and dissemination.
Listen carefully to message details and convey to appropriate personnel in a timely fashion
including all emergency or 911 calls.
Receive and route incoming fax messages to appropriate personnel.
Manage the general SIHS "Contact Us" email daily and route messages appropriately.
Provide oversight, troubleshooting and acts as contact person for Junior Family
Receive and log overnight packages and special courier deliveries and arrange for pick-up
and/or delivery to appropriate party.
Maintain a pleasant and neat environment in the welcoming area.
Proactively seek information on all school events to serve as a customer service agent for
all constituents and serve as a help desk information gateway.
Maintain the volunteer sign-in log.
Compile and update interoffice phone listing and the visual Employee Directory.
1-2 years receptionist/phone operator or office experience.
Knowledge of email, Microsoft Office and/or other technology programs and systems.
