Productive and interesting place to work
Dietary Aide (Former Employee), Flourtown, PASeptember 11, 2013
Pros: prepare nutritous meals for the residents
Cons: cooking and cleaning
I sometimes help cook different meals, then I help prepare it into portions according to the residence medical and or physical history. I learned that every elderly person is not the same physically inside and the're meal might be different from the others. The hardest part about my job is seeing a sick resident. If someone's ill and not feel well it would sometime make me sad. The most injoyable part of the job is being dependable to the residents and on time, this would put a smile on both faces.

Nursing Assistant (Current Employee), Flourtown, PAJuly 23, 2013
A very nice place to work. It is a patient centered place. Managements are very nice. A typical day at work is caring for my patients and spending time with them.

Sisters of St Joseph are special people. Management could use more training on how to manage people.
