Continued Growth Needed From Within

This has the potential to be a great company. However, management does not wish to pay employees according to fair market value and employees are expected to pay for all company sponsored trips and wait to be reimbursed. Without the residual income, this creates economic hardship on personnel. Lack of consistent performance reviews, if any, and continued turn over all creates an atmosphere of non-cohesiveness. Very small staff, unfortunately who have no upward mobility.
