Prep, and gather every item needed to cater huge events. Drive to events and set up, cook and serve then breakdown. I learned how to take charge and manage teams for big events. Working at Salud and other related events has always been a great envirometnt to be in. Hardest part of this job was loading up vans for events because i had to do this on my own at times when staff was short handed and it would delay time, when usually everyone would be clocking out. The most ejoyable part of this job was the beautiful homes i catered to and the generous tips for all my hard work was always nice.
