Dysfunctional and Mismatched group of work ethic among coworkers
Forklift Driver/Night Merchandiser (Current Employee) – Duluth, GA – October 18, 2016
From my perspective I come in grab a forklift and inventory management device. From there I determine the quality, as well as quantity of workers to understand how much freight can be dropped, stocked, and put back into the still by the end of a shift. I recently have been given opportunities to demonstrate my leadership qualities and have proven effective in handling all departments; grocery, center grocery, hard-lines, frozen, pharmaceuticals, receiving and bakery goods, all self taught without proper computer based training for procedures with 10 associates. No fuss or haggle, coworkers in high spirits and clocked out on time. Current supervisors tend to act out frantically or frustratingly and favor throwing work my way in particular. I have no problem with that but in turn had to turn some of it down due to to much overtime, pay, and job title, simply aren't willing to pay.
Current Leadership makes it taxing
