Pros: there are some great people to work with.
Cons: just about everything.
Youl will work very hard for no reward. You will learn the job on your own. The company has no OJT that will help you. Management will say one thing to your face and another to others. There is lots of turnover for a reason - its not a good place to work.

I reviewed oil and gas leases to generate up to date WI/NRI spreadsheets, created leasehold activity maps in ArcGIS for sections of Louisiana, analyzed title opinions to form title curative memos, prepared wells for drilling in Shreveport, LA Haynesville Shale Play, and traveled to the field to work with Brokers.
